During our workshop, we'll create a supportive and collaborative space where we can all share our struggles and triumphs with lesson planning. Together, we'll explore a variety of activities that will help you feel confident and inspired in your classes. We'll start by setting intentions as a group, creating a clear focus for your class. From there, we'll move on to brainstorming, using different techniques to generate new ideas and themes.
But coming up with ideas is just the beginning - we'll also discuss how to structure your classes in a way that flows smoothly and meets the needs of your students. You'll learn about sequencing and how to put your ideas together in a cohesive way. And, perhaps most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to share your lesson plans with the group and get feedback and support from your fellow yoga teachers.
At the end of the workshop, you'll leave feeling inspired and confident in your ability to create effective and engaging yoga classes for your students. Plus have a lesson plan (or several) ready to use time and time again. Remember, lesson planning takes time and practice, but with dedication, you can develop your own unique style that not only benefits your students but also brings you joy and fulfilment as a yoga teacher.
